Our Board
The Maltings Theatre & Cinema is managed by The Maltings (Berwick) Trust, an independent charitable trust.
The Trust is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees/Directors, who are responsible for the governance and strategic management of the Trust.
The current Chairman of the Board is Mr Maurice Ward.
Our Senior Management Team
The day-to-day operations of The Maltings are managed by the Chief Executive & Artistic Director, and a group of five Heads of Department.
Like many theatres, the departments at The Maltings are very different, and each has a Head who is responsible for the day-to-day management of their department.
