• New reservation policy as of 1 March 2011: No non-group reservations are taken for any event. Reservations may be taken at the management’s discretion for Group bookings of 10+, where there is a single group booker, and must be paid in full by four calendar weeks before the event date.
• A fee of 50p per transaction will apply to all credit/debit card payments. (If you book your tickets online on this website, you will not incur card charges.)
• If tickets are to be posted a £1 P&P fee per transaction will apply.
• A 50p mandatory Refurbishment Contribution fee is included in the advertised ticket price and goes directly towards helping the theatre upkeep and improve its facilities.
• Tickets are non-refundable, but may be exchanged or transferred at the management’s discretion. It may be possible to resell tickets but only after the theatre’s own stock has been sold. A service & handling fee of £1 per ticket will apply.
Concessions are available for certain shows for students, under 16s, senior citizens, the unemployed and anyone on income support, and the registered disabled, as well as a wheelchair companion.
