Val Tobiass leads on visual arts engagement for children and young people on behalf of Northumberland Arts Development (NAD). NAD is a partnership of arts organisations which are funded by Northumberland County Council and includes art form specialists in music, dance, visual arts, literature and drama working across Northumberland. They provide support and advice to the art sector to extend quality participation and engagement and seek opportunities to bring further investment into the county to support development of the arts for everyone. NAD priorities agreed with the partnership are engagement, skills development, excellence and advocacy.
