| Berwick Male Voice Choir |
| The
choir will celebrate its 40th birthday in 2003 - help us make it a
year to remember as we entertain the male voice choir from Sarpsborg,
Berwick's twin town in Norway, in May. We currently have 47 members, ranging in age from 16 to 89; we rehearse in St Andrew's Wallace Green, Berwick on Wednesday evenings from 7 till 9 p.m. from September to April. The Berwick Male Voice Choir is being worked hard by its Musical Director, Judith Richards, widening its already very varied repertoire of songs, and has a busy programme of concerts in Berwick and the surrounding area helping many charitable and other organisations raise thousands of pounds. There is a strong camaraderie among the members and wives are very much part of the choir 'family'.
