Reservations must be paid for within five days of booking, or three days before the performance, whichever is the sooner. Tickets purchased after that time must be paid for at the time of booking. We reserve the right to release uncollected reservations for sale. Please note that a fee of £0.50 per transaction will be applied to all credit/debit card payments. If you require your tickets to be posted a fee of £0.50 will be added to your transaction to cover p&p.
Ticket exchange / Resale: At the management’s discretion tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production. It may be possible to resell tickets, only after all of our own stock of tickets have been sold (75p fee per ticket).
Concessions are available for certain shows for students, under 16s, senior citizens, the unemployed and anyone on income support, and the registered disabled, as well as a wheelchair companion. Please remember to bring proof of your concession status when you pick up your tickets.
Late-comers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
