Digging deep into the mind of an obsessed football fan, this is Hornby’s story of his Arsenal fixation, as well as a tale of family, football, class, identity and joy. This story harks back to the days when football was the people’s game rather than the plaything of corporate sponsors and oligarchs. Also adapted into an iconic film starring Colin Firth in 1997, Fever Pitch is 45 minutes each way of fast, funny, exhilarating theatre.
