The second feature from acclaimed master of Taiwan’s Second New Wave, Tsai Ming-liang, Vive L’Amour follows three characters unwittingly sharing a seemingly empty Taipei apartment.

Realtor May Lin brings her lover to a vacant unit she has on the market, unaware that it is secretly occupied by a suicidal funeral salesman. A series of precisely staged, tragicomic erotic encounters ensue, exposing the limits of interpersonal connection and the discomfort of proximity.

Accessible entry for Maltings Cinema at Berwick Barracks is from Ravensdowne, at the rear of the Barracks site, where there are 3 accessible parking spaces.  Please contact our Box Office in advance,  if you require access via Ravensdowne and/or an accessible parking space.
