We reserve the right to change the advertised programme if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.
If you are unable to attend an event, tickets may be exchanged for a different performance or a credit note may be issued at the management’s discretion.
If an event is rescheduled, we will transfer bookings to the new date. A credit note will be issued to customers unable to attend on the new date.
If an event is cancelled, a credit note will be issued to customers.
All tickets and discounts are subject to availability. The Maltings (Berwick) Trust reserves the right to introduce discounts, price changes, artist and performance alterations without prior notification. Full details of current ticket prices are available on each event page.
We reserve the right to offer promotional discounts. Only one discount is available per ticket. Once a ticket is purchased, no discount will be made retrospectively.
A £1 mandatory Capital Development Contribution fee is included in the advertised ticket price and goes directly towards helping The Maltings (Berwick) Trust’s on-going commitment to maintaining and improving its facilities.
Tickets purchased online or by telephone are emailed to the customer as e-tickets. IF you require a printed ticket to be produced and posted out to you, a £1.60 First Class P&P fee per transaction applies. (NB: tickets purchased one week or less before an event cannot be posted and can be collected from Box Office).
Please check that your tickets are correct (date and time) when you receive them as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
It may be possible to resell tickets through the box office, but only after The Maltings (Berwick) Trust’s full allocation has been sold. A service & handling fee of £1 per ticket will apply.
We only accept reservations for group bookings of 10 or more tickets at the management’s discretion, and only where there is a single group booker. Group reservations must be paid in full 28 days before the event date.
Late arrivals will only be admitted if and when there is a suitable break in the performance, broadcast or film.
We reserve the right to refuse admission.
Children aged 2 and under have free entry to select Film and Live shows, but do not get a chair to themselves. They must sit on the knee of an accompanying adult. We reserve the right to refuse entry to children aged 2 and under if the show is not suitable. All tickets for children aged 2 and under must be booked directly with Box Office.
Customer images may be captured for security, archival or publicity purposes. Any concerns should be directed to the Box Office on arrival.
