How To Pay

We welcome contactless payments by card (we don’t accept American Express or Diners Card).
Cheques are accepted in person at the box office, made payable to Maltings Berwick Trust Ltd.
Maltings Gift Vouchers can be used online, over the phone or in person at the box office.

Your Tickets

You’ll be emailed an e-ticket (downloadable PDF), which can be shown on your mobile device when you arrive at the venue. Please have your tickets downloaded and ready to show our stewards when you arrive. If you don’t have a smart phone, please arrange to print your e-ticket(s).

Paperless ticketing supports our aim to become a more environmentally sustainable organisation. Should you need a physical printed ticket, please contact our box office.

Your Data is Safe With Us

We collect contact information about each ticket booker in line with our privacy policy. We may be required, and by purchasing a ticket you permit us, to share your contact details with NHS Test and Trace.

The advertised prices are the full price for tickets booked in person, online or by phone. Students, over 60s, unemployed, income support, registered disabled and carers are eligible for our concession tickets. All prices are guaranteed until June 2023 and may then be subject to change.
