Bring Your Favourite Toy to the Movies This Summer for Toy Story 5

There’s no better time to head to the cinema with the family – especially when your favourite teddy, doll or action hero gets to come too.

This summer, we’re celebrating the arrival of Toy Story 5 with our Toys Go Free campaign, inviting children to bring along their favourite toy for the adventure on the big screen. Whether it’s a much-loved teddy that’s been there since day one, a fearless superhero, a cuddly dinosaur or even a toy cowboy or space ranger, every toy is welcome – and they don’t need a ticket.

A Cinema Trip to Remember

The magic of Toy Story has always been about the special bond between children and their toys, so we wanted to make every cinema visit that little bit more memorable.

Daniel Cox, Programming Manager at The Maltings (Berwick) Trust, said:

“Toy Story is all about the magic of the toys we treasure growing up, so we wanted to make cinema trips even more memorable by inviting children to bring their own favourite toy along for the adventure. We can’t wait to see who joins us in the audience – from cuddly bears to action heroes and everything in between.”

A Summer Packed with Family Films

Toy Story 5 screens at The Maltings Cinema at Berwick Barracks from 3–23 July, before returning for additional screenings in August, giving families plenty of chances to catch Woody, Buzz and the gang during the school holidays.

It’s just one of a fantastic line-up of family films showing throughout the summer, alongside Minions & Monsters and Moana, making The Maltings the perfect destination for rainy days, holiday treats and memorable family outings.
