During the Spring and Summer of 2026 Justine Miller will work with Holy Trinity Primary School as part of their 300 year anniversary celebrations.
Working with the whole school community Justine will weave the notions of Holy Trinity Primary past, present and future into a commemorative piece, designed by the school, it’s pupils, staff and parents.
Using the archives as a starting point, she will work with the school to consider it’s history and the aspirations for the future while celebrating it’s current position as a much loved school in the surrounding community.
Justine will be running a series of workshops within the school and offer opportunities for parents and governors to come together to contribute to the design of a large, unique textile piece representing both the schools rich history and the values which hold a central place in the life of Holy Trinity Primary.

Justine is originally from London where she started her training at Camberwell College of Art studying Decorative Arts, specialising in textiles. From there she progressed to Edinburgh College of Art to join the Fine Art Printmaking Department, where she was trained in etching, lithography, screen printing and photography. Hers was the first year group who studied computer imagery, technology and digital manipulation as part of their course work, alongside the traditional techniques, and Justine believes that this has opened up many new and interesting opportunities for printmakers.
She now lives and works in the Scottish Borders.
