Ticketing & Bookings
We reserve the right to amend the advertised programme, schedule, artists, performers, exhibitors or content where circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
All tickets, discounts and concessions are subject to availability.
The Maltings (Berwick) Trust reserves the right to introduce discounts, special offers and price changes without prior notice.
Only one discount or concession may be applied per ticket. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively after purchase.
Current ticket prices are available on individual event listings.
Capital Development Contribution
A mandatory Capital Development Contribution of £1 is included in the advertised ticket price for live performances presented in Maltings venues. This contribution supports The Maltings (Berwick) Trust’s ongoing programme of building maintenance, venue improvements and investment in audience facilities.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets purchased online or by telephone are issued as e-tickets and sent by email.
Printed tickets can be produced and posted on request. A First-Class postage and administration fee of £1.70 per transaction applies.
Tickets purchased within seven days of an event may not be eligible for postal delivery and should be collected from Box Office.
Customers are responsible for checking ticket details upon receipt. Errors must be reported promptly, as corrections may not be possible at a later date.
Exchanges, Cancellations & Refunds
If you are unable to attend an event, tickets may be exchanged for another event or performance, subject to availability and at the discretion of Box Office.
If an event, exhibition, screening, workshop or activity is cancelled or rescheduled by The Maltings (Berwick) Trust, customers will be offered an exchange or refund.
Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.
We may, at our discretion, offer a ticket resale service once our full ticket allocation has sold. Where resale is possible, a service and handling fee of £1 per ticket will apply.
Group Bookings
Group booking reservations are available for groups of 10 or more tickets where there is a single group organiser.
Schools and organised groups should contact Box Office directly.
Group reservations must be paid in full no later than 21 days before the event date.
Admission & Attendance
Late arrivals may only be admitted at an appropriate break in the event, performance, screening or activity, or where it is safe and practical to do so.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or require any person to leave a venue where their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Some events may contain age restrictions or content advisories. Customers are responsible for ensuring that attendees meet any age requirements.
