On any other night, at any other time
Cinderella’s wish would have turned out fine
The guest list is ready, everyone is invited
To the party of the year and we’re so excited …
But the clock is ticking and it’s starting to chime
Book your tickets now for the Pantomime!

We can’t wait to welcome our audiences into the Maltings to join us this festive season!

Cinderella is written and directed by The Malting’s very own Wendy Payn and produced by the same team who brought you Aladdin, Snow White and last year’s best-selling Ali Baba and the Four Tea Thieves and is the not-to-be-missed event for Christmas 2023!

Packed with magical moments and cracking comedy, The Maltings’ Cinderella is suitable for everyone, making it a perfect treat for all the family!

This year’s festive extravaganza also sees the return of some very familiar faces including the Maltings number one Dame, Euan McIver as Twinkle Pinkleton and Emma Boyd as Tinkle Pinkleton, in the role of Cinderella’s stepsisters, Cameron Ivor (Ali Baba 22) as Prince Reginald, John Stenhouse as King Barty, newcomer Chloe Millar as Cinderella and the Maltings’ very own Ross Graham as Buttons, Wendy Payn as Pinkie Pinkleton and Charlotte Summers as Fairy Dandelion.

As always, our production team and cast of familiar faces, will be working hard behind the scenes to make this year’s panto sparkle, bringing laughter and joy and making memories for everyone to cherish long after the clock strikes midnight…

So, book your tickets soon and make the Maltings Pantomime this year’s magical Christmas treat for everyone!

The performance of Cinderella on Sunday 17 December at 12 noon will be a British Sign Language interpreted and audio described performance.

Audio description

During this performance, our audio describer will use the natural pauses in the action to deliver a live narration to the listener’s personal headset. If you would like to book tickets and reserve your free headset/s for this Audio described performance, please contact our box office team directly or by email at

Ali Baba & the Four Tea Thieves ... whizzes and sparkles with every over-the-toppy, winky, noddy trope in the panto pantheon. And the audience loved it.
