This is a fixed term contract and an exciting opportunity for an early career candidate to work in an environment where you will develop your marketing skills in both heritage and cultural contexts and play a part in the delivery of the Living Barracks cultural programme to a broad and diverse range of audiences.

Currently managed by English Heritage, the Living Barracks partnership also includes The Maltings (Berwick) Trust, The King’s Own Scottish Borderers and Berwick Records Office/Northumberland County Council.

Place of employment: The Maltings (Berwick) Trust at Berwick Barracks
Reports to: Creative Producer
Salary: £22,500 (0.8 FTE £18,000 pa)
Contract: 0.8 FTE, 4 days per week, initial 10-month contract
Working hours: 7.5 hours per day. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required with Time Off in Lieu.
The post holder will also work closely with the Living Barracks Communications Manager (new post July 2025).
