Renowned composer James MacMillan speaks about his life and work, and the motivating influence of his Catholic faith.
Known for his powerful, spiritually inspired compositions, MacMillan will also touch on themes of justice, peace, and reconciliation and the inspiration he drew from the poetry of C. H. Sorley, who was killed at the Battle of Loos in 1915, in writing his oratorio All the Hills and Vales Along. There will be time for audience questions and discussion.
