Janie Frampton’s journey as a woman in the male dominated environment of football has been one of resilience, determination, and defiance against the odds. In a world built by men, she has fought to make her voice heard, to claim space in rooms where she was told she didn’t belong.

With every challenge, Janie found strength, and with every setback, she learned to rise stronger, refusing to let stereotypes define her, using resilience, passion and talent to carve her own path in the face of adversity. Breaking the glass ceiling is not just about measuring Janie’s success, but a triumph for all women who dare to dream beyond the limits society sets.

Janie will be in conversation with footballer Pat Nevin.
