Joe Tucker’s Uncle Eric was an eccentric, charming man who lived with his mother for nearly eighty years. Known for his working men’s club comedy and daily trips to the bookie, Eric secretly created over 500 remarkable paintings of street scenes, performers, and pubs.

Near the end of his life, he requested an exhibition of his work, prompting Joe and his family to explore Eric’s secret world. They questioned why such a sociable man never left home or shared his art more.

Joe’s investigation reveals a touching story about expression, art, and the hidden lives of those closest to us.
