Something is coming… The Visitors – and they want to hear your stories.
Join us for a relaxed, creative drop-in session and spend some time exploring Berwick’s relationship with the sea and the river through making, sharing and storytelling. Whether you have a lifelong connection to the coast, the river, or simply enjoy a walk along the shoreline, we’d love to hear your story.
Across the session, there’ll be a range of hands-on, family-friendly activities inspired by seaside traditions, from Pierrots to playful craft-making, alongside a selection of images from Berwick Archives to spark memories and conversation.
You might want to share memories of swimming in the sea or river, working on the water, gathering on the beach, or quiet moments spent watching the tide come and go. However big or small, every story is part of the picture.
There’s no need to book tickets – just drop in, take part at your own pace, and help us build a shared portrait of the sea, the river, and the people who live alongside them.
